Lol. It’s an awesome camera. It is actually one of the smallest cameras i have ever seen, i just have small hands. when i do a review, i’ll do a size comparison to an ipod or something

There is hardly any noise with the pictures this camera takes. The images are amazing.
I know. But this camera has so many more features and has optical zoom. The pictures don’t have much noise with high iso though. I love my new camera
Amazing 12 Megapixel? Pfff. Lot of megapixels -> noisy images.
My old 5 megapixel DSLR took better images, because he has bigger CCD. This megapixel myth is only a hype.

you do realize that youre old 5mp camera has the same sensor size as this one—all compact cameras have small sensors except dslr’s-and megapixcells are not relevent–it’s knowen as the megapixcell myth—high mp counts create low light challenges – and high iso noise issues—it’s a great camera anyway— i own pro cameras and im getting one of these little cameras ,because it’s so small and handy – enjoy youre new camera
I’m not sure but I know that Canon is an American company. In Japan it’s called the Canon IXUS 100 IS though

Thanks for the questions. The battery life is alright but I’ve seen longer. I do not really know how many pictures before a recharge but it’s a lot. The image quality is AMAZING! The 12.1 megapixels really shows. To my knowledge, there is no time lapse feature. Thanks again for the comment!

1) How’s the battery life? How many shots can it take before recharge?
2) Is the image quality at 100% sharp?

I will definitely review it! It was $250 on sale at Best Buy but I had $76.44 in gift certificates. I only had to pay like $75 plus tax.
